Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 c unsweetened milk or milk alternative
1 1⁄2 t natural creamy peanut butter
3⁄4 c blueberries ((or use 1 frozen banana for a thicker shake))
1 T chia seeds ((whole or ground))
