Enjoy the warming benefits of hemp milk and cinnamon with this delicious and easy-to-prepare fall beverage. Add to coffee or mix with protein powder and pumpkin purée for a decadent seasonal smoothie! 

Maple Cinnamon Hemp Milk

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla 


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powdered blender until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour into a large glass container (there's no need to strain) and refrigerate for up to a week.
