Creamy Orangesicle Overnight Oats

These simple and delicious overnight oats are full of sunshine flavour, making them the perfect summer breakfast! This recipe makes one generous serving, contains a ton of chia for a serious dose of fibre, and a touch of vitamin C.

Creamy Orangesicle Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Tip Always opt for organic when a recipe calls for zest.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a glass jar or lidded container. Mix until well-combined, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
