Jannie Rodrigues, Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and Fitness Manager at 10XTO

Jannie has over 14 years of experience in group fitness leadership and personal training, specializing in pre and postnatal, and she is currently the Fitness Manager at Toronto's newest luxury athletic club, 10XTO. At 10XTO, she teaches a variety of classes, including Body Sculpt, HIIT Circuit and Core Fusion Pilates. Jannie is extremely passionate about helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals safely and effectively. She holds a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management from George Brown College and a Kinesiology and Health Science degree from York University.
