Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened milk or milk alternative
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons natural creamy peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries ((or use 1 frozen banana for a thicker shake))
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds ((whole or ground))
