Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk or milk alternative
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3⁄4 cup blueberries ((or use 1 frozen banana for a thicker shake))
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds ((whole or ground))

Yield:

2 servings
