Terms and Policies
If you are unhappy with your purchase, and would like to return some or all of your order for a refund, please contact ecoshop@ecoparent.ca with details about which products you would like to return, and the reason(s) why, and you’ll receive acknowledgment of your request, with next steps, within 5 business days. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the email. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed all of the relevant information on this page before submitting your request.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for inputting the full correct shipping address, such as the postal code and unit/apartment number (if applicable). If the parcel has been returned to our warehouse due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address or refused parcel by the recipient, there will be a charge of $25 for the return shipping.
Eligible Return Days:
All returnable merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, brand new condition and in original packaging with tags on. You will be provided with an RMA number prior to returning the order.
Refund Amount Calculation:
You may return the whole gift basket with the exception of the items that have been customized (with personal names). Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund amount would be less 15% restocking fee, return shipping & handling fee of $15, and the personalized items' retail price. Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser, and incurred shipping charges already paid are not refundable.
Remote Area Returns:
There will be additional surcharges for remote area returns. If so, you will be notified.
Exchange:
Currently, we only accept returns and no exchanges.
Return Parcel lost:
Babyjoy.ca is not responsible for any returning items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment.
