This online, on demand, video-based course will equip parents with knowledge about baby sleep in the first year of life. It is ideal for parents who don't want to leave their baby to cry it out, but want to understand what to expect in terms of infant sleep, and how they can gently and empathetically navigate any challenges that may arise.
