If you are unhappy with your purchase, and would like to return some or all of your order for a refund, please contact ecoshop@ecoparent.ca with details about which products you would like to return, and the reason(s) why, and you’ll receive acknowledgment of your request, with next steps, within 5 business days. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt with the email. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed all of the relevant information on this page before submitting your request. Items purchased on sale are considered final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags on. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
For returns without receipts, exchanges will be issued in the form of a store credit, so you can shop and choose a replacement at your leisure.
Any products that you receive from Serenity Birth Studio Inc. in a damaged or defective state must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Serenity Birth Studio Inc. will replace a product that was received damaged or defective and reported within 10 days with an exact product replacement only.
Products received in error (wrong product) must be returned (at the expense of Serenity Birth Studio Inc.) in the same condition and packaging in which they were received within 30 days of purchase for a refund. These products MUST be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. No refunds will be issued for any outdated, used, or damaged items (except for items that were received damaged and reported within 10 days of receipt). No refunds will be issued for shipping charges. Items that are not shipped back in the original packaging will have 25% deducted from the refund. No refunds or exchanges will be approved after 60 days.
