The AOR Giveaway (the “contest”) is open to residents of Canada and the United States who are over the age of 18, and excluding employees of EcoParent magazine, AOR Inc., and those with whom they are domiciled.
- The contest period starts at 12 A.M. (Eastern Standard Time) on February 15, 2021 and continues until 11:59 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) on March 15, 2021, the contest closing date. No purchase necessary.
- Contest entry must be accomplished via the online form located at the following URL: https://www.ecoparent.ca/AOR-Giveaway
- One entry can be made each week, per individual.
- One (1) prize package will be given away, with a retail value of $250.00, comprised of the following items:
- Your choice of $250.00 worth of AOR product
- Assorted AOR swag
- One random draw (powered by Random.org) from all eligible entries received will be made on March 16, 2021, at EcoParent Inc. headquarters at 234 Braidwood Avenue, Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. The first entrant selected in the draw will be deemed the winner, and will be contacted by email at the email address provided on the online entry form.
- If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days following the first attempt at contact, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or declines the prize, EcoParent Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select a new winner from the pool of eligible entrants.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash and not replaceable if lost/stolen. EcoParent Inc. reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
- To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administrated by email or by phone. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
- By entering this contest and/or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or voice, statements, any photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes carried out by EcoParent Inc. and/or its advertising agencies in any medium or format without further notice or compensation.
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
- No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. EcoParent Inc. takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. EcoParent Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of EcoParent.
- EcoParent Inc. is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide EcoParent with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form. - By entering this contest, entrants release and hold harmless EcoParent Inc., its advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, and representatives from any liability in connection with this contest or, if declared a winner, the prize.
- If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.
