Over the years, we’ve made many Valentine’s Day crafts and one of our favourites was crafted not for best pals, but for our backyard feathery friends. Why not share some love with your neighbourhood birds this month by making them some heart-shaped and heart-felt feeders?
These feeders are a cinch to whip up and can provide hours of entertainment as you watch your local winter bird families nibble away at your gifts.
Print out and colour or paint these printable valentines that your kiddos can gift to their human buddies as well! To make an extra special valentine, package up the ingredients for making the feeders in a mason jar, string on a heart shaped cookie cutter and add a printable tag.
