You were on the cusp of having a wonderful sleeper but then your household got hit with a nasty virus or you arrived home from a vacation and now sleep has become something of the past!
We’ve all been there a time or two and we know that there is nothing worse for a parent than when your baby had been sleeping well and all of a sudden that cycle stops and they start night-waking again, taking very short naps or struggling to fall asleep.
